Spiers Poppies is based on a stunning watercolour and pencil drawing with yellow flowers and undulating foliage that was originally designed for wallpaper, at the end of the 19th century. The pattern was created by designer and landscape painter Charlotte Horne Spiers, a Victorian artist celebrated for her beautiful floral illustrations.
