We’ll make your bespoke print and ship it anywhere in the world within 12 working days, with the exception of our ceramic tiles which due to the specialist production process will take 30 working days.
With each order, you will receive tracking details of your dispatched print. Your product will be securely packaged in either a rigid tube, custom made box or sleeved in white card. Every possible measure is undertaken to ensure that your order arrives in the condition that it left us. If for any reason you suspect that your order has been damaged in transit please make sure to sign for the goods as being in a damaged condition. We can then arrange for a replacement to be made for you.
From time to time, if an order is particularly demanding, or if we envisage coming up against local delivery issues, your order may take longer. However we’ll contact you before commencing any order and keep you fully informed of all developments.
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email recording your order, and will be assigned a dedicated contact at Surface View, who will contact you directly to check through the details of your order and discuss delivery.
If you become aware that the incorrect delivery address has been entered at the checkout, please make your Surface View contact aware of the change as soon as possible. If the item is already on the way to the incorrect address, you may be charged for any additional delivery costs to get the item to the correct address.
Worldwide shipping is FREE for all orders over £150. For all orders under £150, shipping is £15.
We have a money back guarantee based on the quality of our product. Due to the bespoke nature of our products we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or for any other aesthetic reason. But if you are unhappy with the quality of the product or the condition in which it arrives with you, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your products, and we will refund or replace your item.
