'Jewish Map' Mural | Museum of London
Created by George Arkell back in 1899, this Jewish Map mural is hand coloured to depict the proportion of the Jewish population to other residents of East London, street by street. A fascinating document, we can now see how the areas have evolved to the present day.
Not only an informative resource, this map makes a beautiful wall mural. The combination of primary colours is simple but effective. Allowing the pops of green and red accessories to make an impact, yet not steal the show!
