Print of what was originally a wall hanging, dating from around 1850-1860. It is one of nine wall hangings now in collection of the Royal Observatory, Greenwich, which were produced by the Working Men's Educational Union and used in lectures to illustrate the latest advances in knowledge. The Working Men's Educational Union was a philanthropic society that aimed to provide education to the working classes.
